Located on a mature and tranquil urbanisation, it is within an easy drive of the local amenities and the beach front of Fuengirola.
The villa is arranged over 2 floors and offers outstanding and extensive gardens and terraces to relax and enjoy the Spanish outdoors. The large pool and bar area is equipped with sun loungers to relax and unwind while taking in the wonderful views. There is also the large swimming pool and a gas BBQ to make the most of the outdoor lifestyle.
The accommodation is arranged on two floors, with the upper floor being the main entrance to the house with cloakroom, L-shaped lounge and a large covered terrace accessible from the dining area and the lounge. The modern, fully fitted kitchen/diner is spacious and light with easy access to the terrace. The utility room, with its own sink, is located outside next to the kitchen and houses the washing machine. There is an area to dry the clothes adjacent to the utility room. The master bedroom is also situated on this level and is furnished with a double bed and benefits from a large en-suite bathroom with a large oval bath and separate walk in shower. This bedroom also enjoys a private terrace.
The marble stairs lead from the lounge into the spacious downstairs area, where the other 4 bedrooms are located. Next to the swimming pool is a large covered bar area with its own kitchen fitted with units, sink and a fridge. There is also a separate shower room and toilet. The gardens are extensive, with mature trees, plants and lawns, a huge wooden play-frame suitable for children up to teenagers.
