The nearest beach is less than 5 minutes drive where the famous beachlubs such as Los Monteros La Cabane, Nosso, Luuma and the famous Trocadero Arena Beach club are located. The Royal Tennis Club Marbella is also a 5-minute drive away (tennis, padel & gym).
The urbanisation (24 detached houses) is fenced and secured with an entrance gate and 24-hour security. The villa has an alarm system and is in contact with security in the urbanisation.

The kitchen and living room are on the ground floor and have access to the private heated saltwater pool and garden. Here is also a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an extra guest toilet.
On the 1st floor are 3 bedrooms all with large balcony and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower and bath.
From every room you have a beautiful view of the golf course and sea.
The living room and the 4 bedrooms are all equipped with televisions with international TV channels and WIFI.
Villa Riva has approx. 100 m2 of outdoor terrace space and a barbecue with plenty of cozy seating. You can dine with 12 people on the outdoor terrace.
